was a really good roadtrip still can't believe we didn't have any breakdowns!
Pete- I found this bad boy in the boot after taking the stuff out last night..

haha we couldn't resist some tasteful tweeks while we had the tools out, the white car ended up driving back like this, through a booze bus and all.

OK OK, I have to admit it isnt me doing to sewing. I did some of it, but the job has been filled by Liz aka Mum, she's just too good with that machine! I did the taping though, does that count?

The car is Daniel's (DubDan on this forum) Michele, Morgan has enough cars i think!

Rad! The white walls are flappers right? Can sorta see...
You're lucky, you paid less than i did for a straighter 3-door.

Need to chop down the rack!

Haha yeah the whitewalls are fake and dont seem to stay mounted to my mk3 wheels very well hence why they came off during german car day.

Volksee - i am keen on the carpets but the brakes especially, let me know when you are in town again and ill meet with you.

IH8 - rack stays as is sorry!

Agreed with everyone else man, looks really really mad!!
However if you could lower the racks and the actual car, i'd say thats all you'll ever need to do to it. Looks apsolutely sick mate

Just so all of you can stop fretting, the car will be continued

I have ordered new suspension with a 1+1/2" drop from factory also i am pursuing brake upgrades through Volksee, i am still waiting for a few more seals and trinkets to pop up then ill be ready to repaint and rust fix... eventually i might do a motor swap with balls, but for the moment i am just gonna swap in the healthy 8v. the motor in there now is pretty unhappy...

    Cheers, Pedro
