    AHHH that may be the problem but i think even when it was on the road it was running warm...

    I don't have time to fix my own car!

    Back shocks and springs are super easy, just keep undoing stuff 'till they come out!

    Front's the same just mark the washers on the botttom of the strut so you don't mess up the wheel alignment when you put it back together.

    The old skool way is to jack the car up, put the springs in and lower the car down, compressing the spring and then do the top mount up.

    Or buy some spring compressors at supercheep for $30.

    My front springs had been cut and oxy'd, they just about fell out. The lowered ones didnt need to be compressed to get them in.

    The backs were so soft you could compress them by hand.

    I'd just pull it apart and see if you really need a set of spring compressors. As Matt said around $30 at super cheap if you do.
