    My mk1 GLD

    Hey guys this is just a quick write up on my 1980 mk1 GLD. i purchased it around December 2011 and it has been my daily since.
    list of modifications:
    m3 golf 1.8 petrol engine with 5 speed box
    complete mk3 wiring loom
    seat ibiza dash
    mk3 vr6 front seats
    el cheapo tuningart coilovers
    el cheapo lenso rs5 wheels
    mk4 side indicators
    mk3 center aerial
    south african jetta momo steering wheel

    Tidy little MK1, really like the engine 'swap' too.
    Is it running with A/C?

    80 series - The MK2's BIG, Sooty, polar opposite...
