Nice work on not breaking the window.
Yup I have one yellow guard, passenger side.
I have various colours for the other side.
cheers matt, yeah the yellow one is nearly complete as it is, not going to pull it apart. just going to fix the rust round the front window and pull the front into shape, not respraying etc. accept the rear door will have to be colour coded eventually.
i took the tape off the drivers door quater window and the glass fell out
cought it before it hit the ground though.
did you say you have a straight yellow wing?

not that exciting but still, worth a piccie.
notice distinct lack of clutch pedal
also got the gls bonnet closing properly which makes it look much better already.
not making much progress due to having to save every penny for the snow next week.
while i'm here... any hot tips for pushing out the front window?
carefully!
hahah. not what you were after?
I sit on the seats (above the handbrake etc,) and use my feet to push it out. I push the top out first. I put my feet say, 1 - 1.5 foot in from either side of the edges. push very slowly and gently.
best to have someone there to catch it, or pillows/blankets. although if you do it gentle enough, the top will come out gently and you can take it out all by yourself.
i've done it twice, this way. hth.
thanks man. yeah that helps.
i haven't been game to try it by myself.
