Didn`t you have a solid bush in there???
    This is your punishment.
Never seen a mount crack like that, but I`d probably weld it where it is.

    the old mount was hard
but there wasn't any cracks when
i put the new standard one in 6 months ago
engine moves alot on take offs
exhaust bangs on the floor and it has to move 3 to 4 inches to do that

it shouldnt move that much - the radiator support engine mount and the rear gearbox mount should prevent that movement if adjusted properly.

Yeah one of the mounts must be rooted for it to hit the floor. Front mt or rear gearbox one probably.

They move heaps when the bracket breaks off. I have welded a few back on with the motor still in.

my engine mount failed the other day - the same one. The rubber wore out, and now i have a massive vibration making the whole car shudder.

how do i go about replacing that same mount as the one pictured above??

was a bit slow at work today so i put it up
on a hoist all the engine mounts are intact
front one under the radiator was a bit off line but ok
    a hammer fixed it
    these add to the problem
