    Mk3 rear drum upgrade handbrake cables question

    Hi guys

    I just have a quick question regarding upgrading the standard Mk1 rear drums with Mk3 CL drums. Can i use the Mk1 handbrake cables without modification or will I need to get Mk3 cables?

    MK1 cables work fine.

    MK3 cables are different and wouldn't work at all.
