hey everyone, its been a while since I been on the forums but I came baring photos of the mk1s that raced at vw warwick this year. It was yet again another awesome year with 6 mk1s racing and a mk1 taking home the trophy

Where do I find what times you all did?

I'm impressed with your 9.1 for the 1/8th, equates to high 13's for the 1/4 which is seriously quick for a 4 cylinder road car.

I remember when the Phase 3 GTHO's struggled to get into the 13's and they were the fastest things on Aussie roads.

What's your best time without gas?

i did a 9.2, 9.3 and 9.4 all day for the win in my 20vt

In the red mk1 9.8's with a best at 9.7 and a breakout of 0.039

9.8 equates to high 14's for the quarter. 35 years ago my Bolwell Nagari dod 14.04 with a standard 351 so your times are seriously good. Must be fun to drive.

Any chance you guys could list what you've done to your cars to get such quick times? I'd kill for a MK1 that could do 14's.

Without gas it's done a 9.49 over the 8th mile and 14.4 on the 1/4 mile, have not run the 1/4 mile with nitrous but looking to step up the nitrous from a 50hp to a 75hp shot.
