    Mk1 seat removal

Hi, I was just wondering how to get the front seats out, back is out ok and all that, but something is stopping the front ones from coming out?

    Any help would be appreciated

Pull the adjustment pin out and pull it back til the front tab on free, then push the seat further back on an angle... I think. It's just that pin holding them in though

Shove the seat right forward and inside the track on the floor you will see a bolt head ,just remove this on both sides, push seat back and then lift out.replacement is a reverse of removal

At the rear, of the centre adjustment, there is a flat spring to stop the track from falling out when the seat is pushed all the way back.
Simply pull the spring down as you push the seat back.
