They are completely different & if you use the ones for drums on disc's you'll end up with lock up's. Just like I did, as it allows too much fluid to pass through to the rear calipers!

Just found a pic of them! # 15 is was!

the 15 and 35 refer to the cut off pressure the valve is set at, lower pressure one for discs, higher one for drums. The valves are identical internally except for the preload spring. When time permits I will investigate the cost of having springs wound to convert the drum valves to disc valves.

    # for Disc brake valves is 533 612 151 A, and for Drum brake valves is 533 612 151 . neither types of valves have the part numbers on them, only the pressure rating numbers as Tim has said. Beware of buying them of vortex etc as they will sell you the drum ones instead of the disc ones...

New springs would be interesting. 1400 Seat Ibizas have the number 35 valves but I'm not sure if they're openable to swap the spings over.

Seat ones carry the same markings but are manufactured differently, I'll grab a photo tonight.

I looked into this conversion, but from what I read the rear disc conversion is a lot more money|effort for a similar result to bigger drums. Added to this the parking brake mechanism is apparently prone to seizing.

The seizing issue was more with MK2 golf/scirocco set ups, likely somewhat due to salt on the roads in colder climates also. The disc set up is heavier than the drum assembly also, increasing unsprung weight. Easier to maintain though I guess... Cost is a factor dependant upon where you source the components from.
