Okay, any of you guys have experience with e85 and carbs???
'Hypothetical' haha. I hear you get decent gains, but at can you justify the 1k you'll have to spend on changing things. Not to mention the uncommon supply of it around.
- Orange Golf mk1 LS, 1.8 5speed, 32/36 - sold
- Golf mk1 Swallowtail rebuild, completely stripped
- Brown U.S import 81 cabby
- 88 Honda crx b18cr
WOW!I did not even know they had one of those. Very rare I suspect. Take your time and enjoy the process.

It was to E85, but not through carbs. Mark, go talk to Weber Performance again and see what they say. I know you need to increase jet sizes by around 30% to cope with the fuel demands, but beyond that I have no idea.
I imagine new fuel pump (not cheap eBay crap like we use), new fuel lines and hoses. Doesn't seem too hard as long as you don't mind using a tank of fuel every 200kms
