    Thanks for the comments, guys Always had a soft spot for the caddy, so this is going to be a special one! I have a vague idea of the direction I want it to take, but I'm sure this will change along the way! Initially, it will be pulled apart and sandblasted and then the hard work will begin

    There are some nice modified exmples going around and even clean & solid standard pickups are starting to fetch big money overseas!

    I'm a fan of the PLS Vitesse, but big money!

    Haha....bumpers went in the trailer this afternoon! Anyone for a big arse US front bumper.....great way to keep your front panel in mint condition

    Luck one...

    Mate you are the luckiest man on the face of this earth... I have tryed to buy that exact car 4 times... First mu Dad tryed when it was owned by the Porsche imported, then when the carpet layer owned it, then when Volkswagen By Imported had it and the guy you bought it off said he wasnt interested in selling it yet bcuz he had big plans...

    I have left my number with all the owners but never got a call...

    Count you self the luckiest Dubbber on the planet i wanted that car so much

    Oh well life goes on...

    Please make sure you keep her in good condition and knowing the quality of your cars she'll look damn fine...

    Good ol' caddy. Im sure it will turn out to be a very fine vehicle, like your 20vt mk1, blue mk3 etc... Awesome car. So Aussie (ute), so euro (golf). best of both worlds. Love it. Just read the thread and now I cant wait to see it finished.

    Needs a towbar and it would be perfect, don't touch anything else on it, especially those wheels!

    There will be a bidding war for them, I know it!
