Nice to see a blast cabinet being used, We have access to one here also. I Zinc plate all the steel parts after blasting and before painting to give maximum life. Do all the fasteners etc as well...

yes, Wade has written a PM to me that he will come in August to North Germany, maybe I can meet him November is the worst month to come over, a lot of rain and cold But if you have no other choice it will be okay.

Blacking kits give a really good finish, but the only thing that stops the parts from rusting is the oil bath you submerge them in on the last stage. Once the oil is gone, there's nothing to protect them and they rust again. (Like blacked HT nuts and bolts..)
