Mk1 GLD Last injector fuel outlet rubber plug leaking?

Hi All

I noticed that my last injector rubber fuel plug (closest to the gearbox) is leaking from the rubber plug which plugs it up on top so the fuel does not leak. It is the last outlet in the series.

Hope this makes sense?

Where do I get another one from?
