Question MK1 Front Quarter Panels WTD

    Hey guys,

I thought it would be better to post here rather than classifieds. Anyone got some front quarters in good condition they would get rid of?

For a '76. From what I've read, post '79 have a different fitment? Correct me if I am wrong?

    Located in Victoria, 3550.

Color isn't important as its for my resto, though mine (particularly drivers side) is to far gone. Any leads would also be appreciated. I've seen some out of the UK but prefer to find some locally or within Australia first.

    Regards,

    Eray

    front wing?

anyway mate i might have a frot drivers quarter you're welcome to, i'll be swapping it over for a better condition one but this is rust free and pretty straight, just has a slight knock on the front end thats been panel beaten and with some minor bogging and a lick of paint will be good as new

Didn't know Golfs could fly !
Aren't they called guards in Australia which is short for mudguard.
Wing or 1/4 panel would send our VW parts guy's head in a swirl.
Wing would be English, fender in the US.
Quarter panel relates to the whole area which starts at the dogleg through to the taillight on the rear of a vehicle.
