    76 3 dr
    orig (read faded) yellow
    currently stock 1.6 4spd
    jamex springs
    mk 3 steelies
    half retrimmed interior
    chrome bumpers
    chrome mirrors (not on yet)
    mk 1 GTi spec discs pads calipers (not on yet)

    Soon to be:
    1.8 (mk2 GTi) on carbs,maybe 5 speed
    non GTi front lip
    and snowflakes if I could find them, or rather affford them!!

    I currently have 4 cars. In the past have owned '79 GLD & '77 GLS auto.
    '79 3 door GLS
    '79 5 door GLD
    '80 5 door GLD 126k, Registered today
    '82 5 door C [most basic] 1.6 diesel/5 speed, German car converted to RHD.

    Only got one Mk1 now, I have owned heaps in the past.
    5 Door 1976 LS with 1.8 KR 16v engine from a Mk2, running kjet, when it works, full leather interior, Mk2 dash, Mk2 wiring loom throughout, big taillights, lowered springs, Big brakes. Resprayed Oak Green Metallic.

    I have 2 other A1 chassis cars though. Mk2 Scirocco 1986 and a 1980 Caddy.

    MK1 floG soon to have 16v 2L with cable change gbox - need a 16v turbo manifold
