Did you move the dissy or the master cylinder (I assume you mean this, not the booster as that doesn't get in the way)? It's not actually clear which one you're having trouble reinstalling!
Sometimes the dissy is hard to put back in as the o-ring is a very tight fit in the cylinder head.
The best solution to your clearance problem is a 90deg dissy cap. There are a few variations here, though, depending on which master cylinder you're using. In most cases, a Bosch 03.041 is the best solution, though there are Saab variants that suit too. Best take a photo of your application as there are so many different master cylinder/brake line configurations.
