MK1 78 S1 Type Dash - Fuse Box Diagram?

Hi Guys, my wipers have suddenly stopped on me and with the super sprint on sat and the chance of showers I really need to get this sorted! Does anybody have a diagram to a mk1 fuse box so I can determine which fuse is which...?? It's for a s1 type dash and it's the torpedo style fuses...please help! thanks

Fuse allocation: number, purpose, amps

1 - low beam left - 8
2 - low beam right - 8
3 - high beam left and warning light - 8
4 - high beam right - 8
5 - heated rear window - 16
6 - stop lights, hazard flasher system - 8
7 - interior light, cig lighter, radio - 8
8 - turn signals and warning light - 8
9 - reversing lights, horn, engine electrics - 16
10 - fresh air fan - 8
11 - wipers, washer pump, int relay - 8
12 - number plate lights - 8
13 - right parkers - 8
14 - left parkers - 8
15 - radiator fan - 16
