    Welcome to VWWatercooled xcedricx!

Hope you enjoy it & I'm sure you will find it very friendly & informative.

The 3dr I adverstised was on behalf of a friend & the car is located in Melbourne.

Anyway, I'm a fan of the 5dr mk1's & also had a couple of them at one time or anther, as to me they look complete along the quarter panel. They also have a much better "fat arming" position".

It's also not as much of a hassle to carry your friend's.

This is my car from a recent VW National's roadtrip in May this year. It's not this clean anymore that's for sure!

again, thanks for the warm welcome guys!

melbourne makes it even harder, ill keep my eyes pealed to see whats about in the next few months, no rush for a 3dr. but your mates shell looks pretty nice apart from the ding in the tailgate/hatch.

hahaha, i never heard the term "fat arming" before (i know what it is just never a term for it) thats quite a nice example of it in the pic there, as well as a very nice example of a 5dr.

im gona go for the rat rod style car... sorta shabby but really mint rims and tyres etc... altho the 3dr will be mint like thoes

also ive seen afew of thoes GTI front lips on ebay but was hoping for something made in Oz to cut out that nasty international shipping, but it cant be helped i guess, im used to it with the soarer and all the parts i get from japan so at leased getting stuff from UK will maked things easyer.

    two more pics
