    MK I Tweed seat material

I am looking to repair a small part of the driver's seat and need to source the grey tweed check material.

Does anyone know what it's actually called and where you can get it from?

I assume the grey tweed is one of the original colours from a 1990 Mk I cabriolet?

Be good if anyone on here knows!

    Thanks a lot...

    Cheers Ben,

    I'll give them a go.

I'm considering a new roof and new paint at the moment....In what order would you suggest? The man doing the paint has already said he will not remove the roof tto spray the car!

    Let me know

    Matt

I would do the paint whilst the roof is off, then fit a new roof. well new linings.

The roof isn't that hard to remove you could do it yourself
