    I think the Vics have it, what with lawny's car and its mates. 'The Mk 1 State' should be the new numberplate slogan! SA ain't got anything on Vic in the Mk 1 department, lamentably, even with our more lax roadworthy rules. (No pointless inter-state rivalry here.....).
