I love the fold out rear window, does it have a prop so you can drive with it up?

You can see the props inside the rear window. What they are is a pivot bracket connected to the hatch and another connected to the inside of the window frame. Theses are clamped together with 2 large washers, if you replace the nut on these with a wingnut or carry a spanner, you can lock them off at any angle... Only problem is intense fumigation!

Hey Ben! I have some pretty awesome memories of driving around Hobart just after I got my licence. We used to get up to some crazy stuff, and managed to not get in trouble or hurt.

The Imps are pretty cool. I've over at least one continually since 1995 and will be hard pressed to see myself with our one. They have given me so much knowledge and many experiences I've become so attached. The most I had concurrently was 5 when I lived in Fern Tree.

They were built by the Rootes Group in Scotland and were sold as Hillman, Sunbeam and Singer Imps.

I changed the oil on weiß yesterday, she is running more smooth (no tappet rattle). I love an oil change that costs under $45 including filters and engine flush. Pleasant change!

Time we attended to yours Liam!

So I've been fiddling about and it turns out the weber is a DFEV which is a mirror image of the one commonly installed on the Golfs being DGEV. All the same some lateral thinking, rotating 180 degrees on the manifold and reversing a DGEV bracket I've pretty much sorted it.

There was a LOT of oil in the filter from the breather so I tossed on a catch can that was floating about in the shed as well temporarily.
