Yeah it is bro, but stress not, there will be no speaker, and I have the grille (removed to install VDO gauges)...

i want a mk1 again just to have a plastic dash and new black/grey interior.

It was a real success in my view. Some craft and pure hard graft.

Flap disc and cold galv. Next up seam sealant, etch prime over that and a couple of coats of white kill rust for now.
