few quick snaps i took last night while the cops were chatting to me

you should see the gap between the RHS front guard and the door lol its huge...the chassis has been bent to the left...

you should have seen the 2 massive lines of rubber from trying to stop...about 120metres long...one of the cops said he got it on video and that it looked pretty cool with sparks coming off the cap like a fireworks display...then they drilled me.

What a sorry sight! Is all that damage just from hitting the curb, or did you collect anything else along the way? You must be pretty shaken up. I know I would be, but I've been fortunate enough not to have been there.
    All the best.

Come on, mate... That is a bit harsh. Whilst we all sympathise with the situation and have (for the most part) been there ourselves, you can't blame the police - they weren't driving the car after all

That would have to be one of the most stupidist post's on here!

How in the hell can you blame the police? Where did Stu say the Police were driving his car?

If anyone ever get's caught doing something stupid (touch wood), the only person to blame is yourself!

The only time I've blamed the cop's for something was when we got robbed & they turned up 2.5 day's later & didn't do anything about except for file a report!
We had to find out who done it & we did. Payback is a bitch! That's another story though.

Sorry to hear Stu. Yours was one of the best build threads on here, kudos for doing it all yourself with no budget.

I have been there myself as a foolish young man, I once put a polo on its roof.

As long as you learn from the stupid things you do, its all for the best in the end.

I reckon you could build a badass car in a year with no licence.
