Don't beat yourself up too much about it. It has happened and now you have to deal with it. Glad to see you learned from it and no one was hurt.

I think this may also be a time to reevaluate some of the friends you have. Those guys i met last night that you said were your "mates" were complete ****wits and a very bad influence on you.

I don't want to act like a parental figure, because that's probably the last thing you want at the moment, but this is just something to think about.

I'm glad to see that you have taken a step back and are having a good hard look at everything.

I agree dont get too upset, similar way how i wrote off my mk1 as well. Late at night, wasnt paying attention and drove over one of those chicane islands. Wrote the car off only after 2 weeks of owning it. It sucks, but i took my insurance payout and a hard lession learnt.

    DUDE!!!!

Where in the hell did you go wrong?

There is a time & place for everything, but what were you thinking drag racing in the city of all places, especially not even looking around for people incl. the police right behind you!

Maybe this is for the best, as you probably need some time to think about your actions & I do hope you learn from it.

I'm not saying I've never drag raced or done stupid stuff (I have done plenty with alot of video's to prove it) but I never done it where I'd put myself or other's at risk & especially in the city!

    It's called risk management.

    Agreed.

Dont worry dude the 12months will fly by (I know how it feels - trust me) and you'll get on the road in no time, just keep in sane when you do.
