Thumbs up Just saying hello to you all

    Just joined!
After much wandering in the wilderness, have found a great community of Mk 1 people!

Happy is a 77 Mk1 5 door in need of some work. He does, of course, rock.
Looking forward to picking your collective brains and sharing tales of woe (and with any luck, triumph!)

I am already envious of some of the fantastic VW's here

    Thanks everyone.
Working Sunday alas, or I would gladly come for a VW cruise. Cheers for the offer. Rip around the Southern highlands terrorising the antique shoppers do we?

I'm on my fantastically inadequate work computer, but may have one or two pics on lappy.
He's a bit faded and most unpleased about not having a garage these past two years but makes up for it in character!
