    Did you get some long lasting lube, like motorbike chain wax?
    Trust me, it will save your wrists a LOT of pain when you're adjusting the height!
    Do it right the first time dude!

    cheers guys. What do we think of it without guards? I really like guards but had to take em off due to scraping. Will roll guards this weekend so that should help. Now all i gotta do is electricals! Bane.

    You can just trim the inside lip off the plastic guards.
    I'm not a fan of the plastic guard trims with chrome-bumpers. Needs plastic bumpers and GTI decals to make them work I reckon!

    That's just my preference though dude. If you like them, trim them up and put them back on.
