    i concur. but if you want a general price range? about $1000-$2000 for something that drives without scariness usually.

    there are/were mk1's for sale in the for sales section mate.... check it out.

    Sold my 1600 GTI for 5 grand, which was pretty tidy.

    I bought 2 in the last 6 months... one cost me $800 with heaps of good bits but was a bit of a POS and the other cost me $600 which was in almost RW condition...

    grrrrr, I saw it!!! wish I had noticed it before thursday morning!! I got the seat ibiza 95 from golf loon yesterday!

    yours has alot of work done to it and its been well kept!! hope one of us here picks it up...
