Help amigos!

Hey y'all!
I got an auto 2 door mk1 and want to convert it to manual...
I found a doner car that's a manual 4 door diesel...
Will I be able to pull everything needed for the manual conversion from the 4door diesel or is it different for the 2door petrol?
Any help ASAP would be great.

should all be the same, don't forget the whole steering rack as they have the mount for the linkages, as well as flywheel pressure plate etc off the engine once the gearbox is split from it.
what's wrong with the auto? they're good fun in a mk1 if they're working ok

Mine works 110% perfect.... Almost too perfect -.-
Haha I don't know I just feel it should driven properly as a manual. Then I found this diesel one and thought I'd better check that I can use a diesel box, rack ect

- Auto is easy and better for cruising
