    No, tell the truth. You just didn't want to be seen talking to the old di*khead with the strange hat.

    Saw some really nice MK1's on Sunday. Gave me renewed interest in getting mine up and running.

    No worries, I'll wear the hat next meet I go to, even if it's in some foreign country, like Melbourne or Sydney! Be good to catch up with you sometimes and talk Golfs.

    I haven't done anything new. Just letting everyone know my Golf is up for sale - see For Sale section.I haven't the time or money at the moment and way too many bills so (reluctantly) it's up for sale - $999.I'll look for another MK1 in a year or two because when the MK1 bug strikes you're hooked for life.
