    Gerald The Geriatric

Acquired this little number last night. Some of you may have seen it in the spotted section on gumtree. This shall be my first mk1

Lots to do, really keen to ditch the 16's and get a bit more low. Does anybody know how the rear gti spoiler clips come off? Its really not my thing so i've removed and spoiler quick smart but the tabs themselves look to be stuck under the weather seal. Does it need to be removed?

Anywho will update this thread hopefully sooner rather than later

Yeh has a proper 5 stud conversion in the front and some customer job in the rear, im gonna tackle all that very soon and put it back to 4x100. Would definately be interested to see photos of said 5stud conversion, definately the harder way to go, as adapters are much easier and cheaper to come by!

slightly smaller tyres, and properly lowered this would look sh*t hot as is!
