gearbox??

What gearbox came in the VW Transportor t4? Them seem to be a cable shift too but a different type from the 02A. Are they any strong then the 02A gearbox? Does anyone have any information about this gearbox?

maybe you should post this in another section gordon, maybe the transporter section, or performance section, since mk 1's never came with O2A's.

Its a Transporter Gearbox Gordan.
It has a long extension leg on the back and will only fit transporters.

What do you want to modify it to do?

Are you trying to fit it in a MK1 or something?

You've really got to get better at reasearching this stuff yourself.

Go sign up at VAGCAT and you can see what Matt's talking about.

You might even learn that the box codes are

DQK,DQL,DQM, DUH,DUJ,EVU, EVV,EVW,EVX, EVY,EVZ,EWA, EWB

A Bently manual for T4 would help with ratios etc.
