195/45 is perfect on 15x7 imo. Anything smaller is just for scene points and it sounds like that's not what you'll be going for.

Plus, you'll need as much tyre area as you can get to allow all that power to get to the road.

On stock tyre size (175/70r13), my STD 1.8 8v was spinning the wheels in the first 3 gears. Just sayin

I'm just a bit worried about rubbing. And yes I'm not in for the scene points!

But I don't think I can avoid a bit of stretch... It's difficult to tell from the pictures but the wheels are completely flush with the car.

Maybe they're just happy to see you

They are divided halfway down. It makes it very easy to install. I can't figure out any other reason than that... I'll take pictures next time.

It's been a while... And not much has happened. A lack of funds and spare time have slowed down my little project. Hoping to get it going soon!

But I do have a question for you guys regarding exhaust sizes:
What are you running? 2" or 2,5"? I can't seem to find anything but 2,5" for sale in Europe and I'm a bit worried that it'll be too big and too loud.

2-2.25" is the max I'd go!

Just get a local exhaust shop to make it up for you mate, shouldn't be much more than a few hundred.

    Fashion is a terrible thing
From what you have said 2.25" sounds as big as you would want to go

I need to keep looking then. I can't seem to find anything smaller than 60mm (2.36 in) locally.
