I doubt you will have a problem going back to diesel.
The problem usually occurs the other way around when you go from diesel to bio.
The bio cleans out your fuel system and can dislodge any buildup of diesel algae.
I have read that bio also can pickup and grow its own sludge just like diesel does
and introducing diesel can kill the growth and cause fuel blockages.
Keep a couple of spare filters on hand and check to see if the injector has a
wire gauze strainer which on same makes can also block up.
Remember the injector is designed for diesel not biodiesel.
The biodiesel filter most likely a smaller micron filter and the element could be heated.
If you go back to diesel it may be cheaper to use a standard filter.
The older vw diesels are brilliant for bio and WVO conversions.
