    MK1 lowering + Mint Offset.

    Hey all!

There is a mint Yellow mk1 kickin around the chaddy aera i've seen lately wit a load of stickers on the back window and MINTTT offset.

So, i decided thats what i want.
My mk1 just has standard suspension but has lowered king springs in it.

    What spaces are people running?
    would these work

HONDA CIVIC INTEGRA WHEEL HUB SPACERS 15mm 4X100 PCD (eBay item 360342176233 end time 11-Feb-11 10:45:54 AEDST) : Cars, Bikes, Boats

Front & rear?? and where does every1 get their coil overs from? i had a little search around and couldn't really find anything.

    Let me know!!

    Rachx

Those spacers would need boring out by 1mm. Most people get their coilovers from ebay or the forums SD guys.

    Oh, and hey, sup, asl?

can't i just use my stockiesss? . *JACE* the centre where the hub sits would need to be bored out? We've got a lathe so could possibly do that. Jarrad how much u want for coilovers?? i'm honestly over tryin to get the thing to handle so i just want it to look fat

You might be best to get some spacers that are designed to fit without adjustment from somewhere like ECS tuning?

Stockies yeah, but they look silly spaced out when they're still 4.5-5.5" wide. Well if you have a lathe then go for it. I sure as hell would.

I'd use 6.5 or 7" width as a minimum for low offset/hokey pokey/flush fitting wheels. Even 7" makes my car look and feel like a rollerskate I can sit in.

No, stockies won't look phat. Some mad 15x7 would be a good start, widened steelies maybe, then you can get the offsets you want, without spacers and it'll look phat.

price, 500 with strut tops. neg. They've got less than 5K on them

yea, that's a good timeline for me.

7" fit pretty easily, depends on tyres size and offset.
