How is this beast going?
Slowly - damaged the 5v supply in the computer after melting the crank sensor wiring on the dyno, and grounding the raw wires together (my own fault for not heat wrapping it).
Have had to send the VEMS back to Europe to get fixed and have new firmware uploaded, as I can't get the anti-lag to work either (and first impressions show very little below under 3300rpm, as expected, but then all hell breaks loose )

sounds not so fun , will you have to wait long to get it back
so it will be 3500rpm dump the clutch
and hope the launch control does its job
that part sounds like fun !!!!
I'm hoping to get it back in two weeks - I don't have any time to work on the car at the moment anyway, so I'm not too stressed about it!!

I took an in car film of the couple of dyno runs we managed with the little GoPro camera (awesome things). I'll get it off the SD card at work asap. Going to get some shots of the car tonight - just got the carbon front bumper on after a fair bit of messing about! Rear one, arch spats, chin spoiler, and a-piller trims are still to go (all carbon too, of course ).
I've had to order one of those dog-ugly XTR turbo beanies, as I decided under bonnet temps are going to be a big issue, and gay bonnet vents are NOT an option!!

forget the beanies
you need a bonnet like this
I might actually finish this one day !!
