Brake Hard Lines

Got to replace the Hardline from the MC to Drivers rear,

Any tips, hints,
Gotta go price up a length of line, and get the fittings on and double flared ends.

When bending, would i work from the rear to front, or from front to rear?
Really not looking forward to this

Wouldn't it be best to remove the old brake line from the car, and bend the new brake line while comparing it to the old?

I guess the most important part is to measure the old brake line and make sure the new one is the same length, worst thing would be coming up short?

Don't take this the wrong way, but with brakes and steering in particular, leave it to the experts. The last thing you want is for something to go wrong. It may cost a little more, but it is not worth getting it wrong.

But a new line is all bent up and fitted, not as hard as i thought it would be, i got it a little longer so i had room to play with as i different Master Cylinder to stock.

Worst part is feeding it into the engine bay

And as for "experts" the last 3 times ive taken a mk1 to get fixed for some reason, it came back worse
I think ill stick to working on it myself,

I think i did an alright job, nothing is rubbing and there is no sharp bends or kinks that i can see anyway.

I think over next winter ill overhaul all the brake lines and fuel lines, get meself a bender, and flare kit. and go for broke
