Thats intresting to know! so where does one find a dash refurbished? i was cleaning out the golf this arvo and the dash is knackered, front looks fine but all cracked closest to windscreen. im in Perth WA anyone recomend a good refurbisher?

Lads,

Mine is warped where the air vents are and i need just a cracked one from a GLS. I have been quoted $550 so far but need to find one. Going back to uk and thinking of bringing one back on the plane. Can anyone let me know if they have a GLS dash un warped so i dont have to go to such lengths . Quote below from dash doctor

I have one sitting in the 6x4 ready to go to the tip. It's cracked to **** but i think it's pretty straight and not too sagged.
PM me if you're interested, i guess. I would say it's not worth the $hipping, but what's one mans junk.....

I bought my new MK2 dash on ebay UK. Dash cost me $20 and freight was $160.....still a better option than the $700 re-skin.....
