Unhappy another Mk1 to the wreckers

I am sorry to announce that another Mk1 (91 cabrio) is on the way to the wreckers. The insurance company has written it off.

A BMW turned right in front of my daughter's car last Friday on Canterbury Rd. My daughter is fine but Karmann is somewhat shortened.

She is very sad about having to dispose of her Karmann and asked that I let anyone who might be interested in the wreck know that it is going to Pickles Auctions. It was in good condition and had excellent running gear (koni shocks, GTI brakes, new clutch ...) and a fabric roof in great nick..

Keep an eye on Pickles website if you are interested.

    Paul

That sucks, not good to hear.

I'm a big dirty new guy, what's the pickles website? I'd be interested in the brakes!

Don't know why my link stopped working... Must have been due to opening it from search results...
