    Air bagging an Mk1...

    Hey guy, wanting to swap springs for bags, does anyone know somewhere to get this conversion done that isnt going to cost me all of my limbs plus the coins in my pocket??
    I got a quote from rollow in Victoria and they said 5k engineered... Which is a bucketload!
    Any help guys please!!!!

    bags arnet cheap, there is alot of parts that make up a kit and some of them are expensive! its just how it is unfortunetly

    Thought that was the case, I have no intentions of attempting a DIY job because I know I'd stuff it! Haha
    I'll keep hunting and post if I find anything.

    finding bags for mk1's is going to be a challenge in itself as no one really manufactures them then there is the price, depending on if they need to be custom made ect.... best bet would be is to jump on vw vortex and wait for a second hand kit to pop up cheapish....

    Iv looked, 5k engineered is kinda cheap, a decent bolt on kit is gonna cost 3.5+ easily... Keep an eye on vortex and ed38 for some struts to come up cheap and piece the rest together yourself...
