So I havnt posted for a while but had a few dramas with electrical gremlins. Drove a whopping 470ks in a year haha. Car is back on stands. Rego has run out so I thought while its out I should get some things done on it that I've been wanting to do for a while! Will try and keep this updated more often if people want to see progress.
Hopefully have it back on the road buy early next year.......

In the long run yes it'll get a drivetrain swap but for now I'm enjoying the nostalgia of it it's reliable and fun for now. But yes motor swap is planned

Hard, you need either the full loom and computer which you will then delete bits making sure it doesn't get failures that put it in to limp, or a very expensive computer, Syvecs make a plug and play, about $4.5k, but it will cost a couple of grand to set up... none of this is for the faint hearted! (And is why I will be using the lower tech 20vT)

OK, that's my fix, I'm good to go another year without seeing my favorite MK1.
