After a few months of sitting around and fiddling around with the engine my uncle decided to send back the golf with his "finished" product!
This literally made me laugh and at the same time it really delayed my project!

After 30 years of experience being a panel beater/spray painter this is the job I get as a nephew!
Nothing sanded back, nothing masked off, coat of stone guard and cheap silver spray paint you get from your local $2 shop

It's a huge disappointment! Ive been paint stripping whenever I had a few hours alone after work and this set me back around $200 which was unnessary!

I also brought vented discs and calipers off a mate (spyda) who has also helped me thu some difficult situations.

just another day working on this lemon! trying to get bits and pieces refurbished out of the way so i can start placing the engine in when it gets back from the mechanic, also thanks to Ayden (gldgti) for fabricating me a 5 speed mount out of the 4 speed mount i had presented him!
