looking to refit the rear beam and fueltank with components into a twodoor shell, car was stripped when i bought it and the parts really arent in order. I have a four door parts car here with these parts intact so would save alot of time just swapping them across
will the rear beam and tank fit straight onto the 2 door?

cheers pete, was hoping you'd chime in!
back off to it for me. Is this the same for most of the front i.e shifter, linkages, steering gear
Yep, pretty much the only difference is the doors. Even the handbrake cables are interchangeable.
The exhaust might be different.

Hi all ... I reckon the exhaust is the same. Same floor pan. ... Geoff
That's great stuff to know. Not that I own a 2-door unfortunately to benefit from the larger number of 4-door spares around, but yeah, good info to have in anybody's memory bank.
does this mean that floors are interchangeable between 2 and 4 door cars?

hmm cheers, I wonder if aussie 76's floors are the same as a 75 import. anyone know?

Pretty sure the floor's only changed in 83 and I think it is only the rear section that is different.
Everything will swap from 4 to 2 except doors and the associated trim.
