I used to stick old 2 stroke (that i didnt want to put in the chainsaw) into the car to get rid of it.
fill with unleaded and drive it.
When you get to half way, fill again - that way you are continually diluting it.
Do this for 4 or 5 half fills and you should be fine

You can have problems with carboning up the rings, but other than that it will be fine mate.
Just drive it hard to keep the plugs clean and as everyone has said, fill the tank to the brim to dilute it.

2 stroke is just fuel with oil. make it smoke, but wont hurt it. might leave ya fuel line slippery for added performance the next time normal fuel is added

I would be more worried if you put E10 in it!
Keep clear of E10 in older cars!!! My wife put some in our 1999 Fairmont Wagon and it chewed up the fuel pump seals, took the mechanic 2 days to fix. He thought it was faulty electrics and replaced every computer gadget under the bonnet. At least he didn't charge us for parts when he finally diagnosed the fault but it cost us 2 days accommodation in a little country town on the Hume Highway.
