1990 mk1 golf cabriolet for sale

Want to know anyone interested in buying
    my 1990 golf cabriolet

    1990 MK1 GOLF CABRIOLET

    $8500

    Car in Top Notch Condition.

Went too ahead of myself in buying the car. Myself not quiet eligible to maintain the car as not good manual driver. I thought itd be easy to learn manual but it wasnt so decided to sell the car not long after buying it. So dumb but that is the way it is. Hopefully one day get to buy it more prepared. Bought from a professional vw car collector.

    INFORMATION

    •Engine

    Bottom end bearings
    Camshaft
    Piston and rings
    New head Gasket
    Valves
....Were all done recently with original parts imported straight from Germany. Was done when it was on 258000k and now it has 261912k done so its got only 4000ks done since the engines been done.

    •Original Paint

    •Never been missed a Service

    •Rust Free

•Was very well loved and looked after.

The car is high valued because of its high quality maintanence of the engine and the exterior/interior. Has been checked and serviced regularly, every 10000ks. Is in a mint condition inside and out. Youll just have to see the vehicle itself to truly appreciate its value.

Has been displayed in many VW shows in Queensland by the previous owner.

That's a very high price for a cabby even for one in great condition. Looks good.

    Good luck with the sale.

The Carsales logo is a bit of a give away.

As for the price, it is a lot of money for a MK1 cabby but as you have stated has had a lot of money put into it. Getting a good price for a niche car such as this means being patient and waiting for the right buyer to come along. Presenting it as an urgent sale is an invitiation to receive lowball offers. I notice there's a similar MK1 cabby on carsales that appears quite original for $5,500.

Could be good incentive to have some more lessons in driving a manual, it's really not that difficult.

    Cheers

Mk1 Cabrio can never fetch good money.
A couple years ago I wanted a Mk1 Cabrio, range was 3K to 5K for a good condition.
Price could go up (or down) now. 8.5K you really need to wait for someone who desperately want it.

btw, you should post this in for sale section.
