I'm looking at selling a turbo diesel motor. It's a 1.5l, it gets great economy. Let me know. It is still in the car running, so motor can be viewed and heard.

what can you tell us about the setup? What turbo, intake and exhaust configuration etc? Is the engine rebuilt? What boost does it run?

The motor is from a 1980 passat. It is a standard motor it is exactly the same as the mk1 golf diesel motor, except it is not mounted transverse in the passat. But all the mount from a gld or gtd golf will bolt to the block. It will come with flywheel and clutch and any little bit that you may require. I am willing to frieght at buyers expense.

Make me an offer, I'm not going to give it away though, it's such a good motor I was considering buying a mk1 just to put this motor in.
