Well on the 16th I completed the YouVW online enquiry form. Its now 16 days later and no reply. Looks like JaneAusten was right - looks good - little value.
Come on VTub surely you have to support new services you put out - one way is to reply to enquiries - that's part of Customer Service 101.
Shame.
