    Just picked up my SQ5 from its 3rd annual service (minor service). Cost was $308.
    2017 Ford Fiesta ST the go kart

    2015 Audi SQ5 bi-turbo V6 TDI family hauler

    The charges for my Nov 2015 Polo’s 120,000km service in July was:
    labour $336
    oil $74.58
    oil filter $17.90
    sump plug $5.00
    air filter $37.25
    fuel filter $48.00
    cabin filter $25.00
    spark plugs $128.00
    brake fluid $20.00
    workshop supplies (?) $3.15
    environmental levy $4.00
    GST $69.92
    TOTAL = $769

    Agree, some some good independent VW guys out there., but dont just go to any service shop
    Check do they have proper diagnostic equipment. & know what they are doing, with reliable employees
    Mine also does race cars, so I feel they are pretty competent.
    May not be the cheapest, but still cheaper than dealer, but far better job is done.
    Re dealer service, is often done with 457 type employees, underpaid & inexperienced service no matter what they say.
    Seen some dodgy stuff, though some dealers might be Ok though.
