Have seen it before where remote is left in a hand bag or pocket and the unlock button is pressed and held down causing the windows to auto lower.. try it again but leave the key somewhere it cant be pressed
So I just went back to my car and all the windows were down. The weird thing is that I didn't put them down. And the car was is in my garage so nobody had access if I somehow left it unlocked. A friend suggested it's maybe an electrical short? A bit disturbing as she's only new and didn't restart yesterday either after an auto off. Back to South Africa for you! Lol(I hope).
