Nice look. For some reason the 18's look too big... Even with the drop. I think its because there is no scale to the photos (no car next to it to compare)

Now I dont want to have a go but KU19's are pretty cheap tyres, fora few extra pennies the Ku31's get good reviews (for their price).

What suspension is it on? How do you find the 35 profile? Any idea on the weight of each rim?

After those pics, you need the sports kit fitted!

I agree with noone, I have the KU31 on the golf currently and for the price, I reckon they are a great tyre and not that much more, considering you already spent $3k :)

bigfoot - oh my, what big feet your car has ;-) those wheels look awesome, very nicely matched with the car/colour. They also look absolutely huge compared to the discs, maybe a brake upgrade next? Or paint the calipers red? :P

what sports kit are you referring to?

actually i'm pretty happy with th ku19s in terms of road noise, ride quality and grip, although i havent pushed the boundaries of grip yet.

they were recommended to me and i did my own research and they get 3.5 stars.

Those rims look sweet! A great choice for the Pepper Grey.

I was thinking of getting a quote for the 17" VW Motorsport rims in black for my candy white GTI on order. The Newcastle dealership had a white GTI demonstrator fitted with them and it looked awesome!

I was quoted just under $3K (Rims Only), ridiculously expensive. Cheaper buying OZ Racing wheels which look far better :)
