Ridiculous, when one considers that they could just add a module to rcd-510.

Other than aesthetics, though, what are the pros and cons of this system?

The GTI has the module and can run without the touch adapter even though it's there. I think its selling points are voice commands, but its really just there if a car didn't have a rcd510 fitted. You can find other discussions about it on here.

Good review on 5th Gear between the new Clio RS, Fiesta ST and 208GTI. Renault got a big thumbs down due to its un-involving twin clutch gearbox, and over complicated electronics.

Ford Europe, designed and built by Germans with a pretty cool pedigree. Though the Fiesta ST seems to be the real stunnner with the way Topgear and whatnot pine on for it.

The dilemma is the Fiesta ST looks like a hairdressers car that and I may be able to get a Focus ST for a price not far from the Fiesta ST price...with 5 years Warranty, 5 years road side assist, first year service free and 7 years capped price servicing...

Guy at work just bought the focus st after test driving the polo gti and others.. the after sales service and warranty won him over.. comes with all the bells and whistles.. personally I'm not a fan of the styling... inside and out.. his only criticism is the harshness of the ride
